After Seeing About Orange County Auto Sales, Why Not Try One Of These Events?

This month there are some events of all flavors happening in Orange County, so regardless of what you’re into, we should be able to come up with the perfect formula for getting you out of the house. Netflix binges can be fun, but sometimes you need to head out and socialize. Here are our top recommendations for doing just that.

Orange County Sixth Annual PHP Pink Party

At Original Mike’s in Santa Ana, the Pink Party is meant to promote awareness of breast cancer, but it’s also a fun event and a chance to meet all sorts of activists and local characters. This event will feature DJs, a silent auction, a photo booth, a cash bar, food, and raffle prizes. If you want to support the survivors of breast cancer, come out and bring your wallet, as the proceeds from this party will go to the Breast Cancer Angels, the nonprofit group that helps those battling this insidious disease.

Speed Dating

As seen on Bravo! TV, this speed dating event at La Vida Cantina in Costa Mesa is sure to be an energetic singles soiree without any of the name tags, shouting, or pressure normally involved with the notion. On Saturday, October 20th, head to the venue for a relaxed setting and a comfortable, no-pressure atmosphere. Enforcing the idea that finding someone special is always possible, you will be vetted beforehand to make sure that no boorishness or people looking for one-night-stands will be allowed. Give romance a try if you’re ready to share your life with someone.

Don’t Tell Comedy: Orange County

Don’t Tell Comedy events have become the worst kept secret in the OC. This time they will be bringing their roadshow to Laguna Hills, but here’s the catch: you won’t know the exact location or the comedian until the day of the event. The organizers always choose off-key venues, and the secrecy and the quirkiness are part of the fun. Stop by their website for further details, and make this a night out with your friends. It’s the evening of Saturday, October 27th.

If some of these sound up your alley, mark them on your calendar. You deserve an afternoon or a night out, and you might meet some new friends or even someone more serious. In either case, have fun, and happy hunting.
