Celebrate Thanksgiving 2019 With The Kindness Matters Walk

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a kind gesture this year at one of the Orange County events, the Kindness Matters Walk. Join the event on Thanksgiving morning on November 28, 2019. This Thanksgiving is giving you a chance to show collective kindness. KM Legacy Foundation encourages people from all around the world to participate in the walk physically or virtually.

If you are planning to be in Fullerton on Thanksgiving morning, you can join the main walk starting/ending near the courthouse. If you are unable to be there physically, don’t worry! You can join it virtually by signing up for this event.

The Kindness Matters Walk is the primary fundraising event for the KM Legacy Foundation. This year the walk will be around 3 miles along the bridle trails in Fullerton.

The event will allow you to participate in the walk, providing you with snacks, drinks, and a goodie bag if you buy a $10 Base Ticket. A premium ticket for $45 comes with everything the base ticket offers along with a unique commemorative t-shirt with all proceeds going to the KM legacy Foundation.

Note that you cannot register yourself on the same day as the Main Walk. Those who are signing up for premium tickets must add their shirt-size one month before the walk to guarantee they will receive their t-shirt the morning of the walk.

There are no Orange County events that offer the virtual walk beside this! It allows people to celebrate Thanksgiving anywhere in the world! You can freely choose to walk a similar distance or as far or little as you want. To bring awareness to more people about the walk, we highly recommend and encourage the participants to take pictures and post them on social media with hashtag #KMwalk2019.

Water will be available at the halfway point. Make sure to bring your own water bottles because the water station will not provide cups!

For a virtual walk, you can either choose a $10 Base Ticket or $45 Premium Ticket. The base ticket will allow you to participate in this great Orange County event, and the premium ticket gets you a bonus of a cool commemorative t-shirt delivered to the address you mentioned while signing up for the walk.

As the entry fees are not a tax-deductible donation, so you can make a tax-deductible donation on top of any walk fees at any time on the website: www.kmlegacyfdn.org.

As a new feature, the Kindness Matters Walk is going to allow teams this year. Participation in a team is not necessary, but you can get all your friends and family together for some fun walking and raising awareness for a great cause! For team- related queries, you can contact the walk administrator.
