Hocus Pocus Drive-In Movie Experience Celebrating The Halloween Season

Finding events to fulfill the Halloween season’s fun maybe a little harder this year, but in light of the new lifestyle, many new opportunities have emerged to keep the spirit of the holiday alive. With that said, many new Orange County events are popping up for the October Spooky season like the First ever Fall Drive-In Movie Night playing Hocus Pocus hosted by the Aliso Viejo Community Association, taking place on October 16, 2020!

If you currently live in Aliso Viejo and are a member of the AVCA, then Orange County events like this are perfect for you. Please note that in order to cut down the size of the moviegoers, the movie is only available to AVCA residents. In order to attend, you must register in advance.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Try to arrive early if you can, since the venue is anticipating a line. The gates will open at 5:00 pm and will close at 6:30 pm. The movie will begin at 6:45 pm.
  • Only ONE car will be valid per ticket. The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats or seat belts within the vehicle.
  • The speed limit is 5 MPH.
  • Restrooms: Available onsite. Masks are required, and social distancing guidelines should be followed while visiting the restrooms.
  • The movie audio is broadcasted through an FM transmitter that you can receive through your car radio.
  • NO vehicle reentry, so plan accordingly.

The event is set up as all tickets are first-come, first-parked, and will not be assigned before arrival. When you arrive, a parking attendant will direct you to a designated parking space. Do NOT change spots from assigned placement!
