They have been making pizza pies for over 40 years with their fresh toppings and home-made sauce. You can choose from their house specials or make your own deluxe combination. One of our favorites is the Zesty Italian, which comes with mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, wax peppers, Italian sausage, mozzarella, and red sauce. The Taco Pizza is perfect for Taco Tuesday, sprinkled with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream, Doritos, salsa, and ground sirloin. Another popular slice is the Tipsy Pig, which has the famous bowery blend, bourbon glaze, applewood smoked bacon, honey-cured ham, chicharrón, and herbs. When you’re looking for pizza in the Huntington Beach area, you’re bound to come across Massimo’s Pizza. This pizza joint has been around since the 1970s and is still going strong. What makes this place so appealing? Well, it could be their homemade pizza sauce, freshly made dough, or Wisconsin mozzarella. Massimo’s was nominated for Best Pizza on the OC Hot List and was chosen as one of the top three pizza joints by Three Best Rated. If you like to support local restaurants, then you should definitely head down to 22311 Brookhurst St., #103, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.
