Presenting the SoCal Etsy Guild Market by Orange County Events

Do you like Etsy? Are you looking for family-friendly Orange County events? If you said yes to both of these questions, then you’ll love the SoCal Etsy Guild Market which is going to be hosted by The Outlets at Orange on Sunday, February 14th. This event will feature local designers, crafters, and artists selling the same merchandise that they sell on Etsy. There will be live art, music, local vendors, food, and more!

Tickets for the SoCal Etsy Guild Market start at $25 a person and can be purchased on the Eventbrite page. The event will start at noon and go on until 6 pm. Since The Outlets at Orange are an outdoor mall, this will be an outdoor event! COVID-19 guidelines as stated by the state of California insist that all guests wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet from guests of other households.

You can expect to find the vendors at the center of the mall between Forever 21, Saddle Ranch, and the AMC theatre. Orange County events staff will be positioned throughout the SoCal Etsy Guild Market to help manage traffic and maintain COVID-19 safety. The SoCal Guild Market may be rescheduled in the event of rain or other extreme weather. Event officials will give at least 24-hour notice in the case that the event needs to be moved to another date.

Vendor Information

All items sold at the SoCal Etsy Guild Market must be family-friendly and fit in the following categories: Vintage, Handmade, Art, or Original Design. Non-profit organizations are also welcome. Vendors must be open for the entirety of the event (12 pm-6 pm on February 14th). 

At this time, the event is not allowing food vendors and will suspend any political or religious organizations that are trying to hand out information. Craft items must be family-friendly, meaning no profanity or adult themes. Absolutely no multi-level marketing brands, direct sales items, or resale items. Multi-level marketing and direct sales brand representatives are prohibited.

Event coordinators reserve the right to inspect any item being sold by vendors in order to determine if they fit the above qualifications. If a vendor’s item is not deemed appropriate, then they may be asked to remove their offending item and/or leave the event. Any vendors violating item guidelines will not be issued a refund for the suspension. 

Vendors will be given an assigned space. Please arrive early, with enough time to set up and check-in. You must have a California seller’s permit in order to participate. The event coordinators will evenly distribute the vendors so that no two vendors with like products are too close to one another. This will encourage greater sales and interested customers.
